Regina is a Raven appearing in Armored Core 3. She is ranked E-19 in the Arena. She is partnered with Trooper in the Extra Arena and they hold the title of the twelfth highest ranked team.

Biography

Regina was a Raven notable for having passed her Raven Test with the assistance of The Raven. While undergoing her initiation in Adan City, an enemy bomber targeted her location. Global Cortex sent out The Raven under duress and was able to successfully foil the enemy operation.

In-Game Information

An aggressive combatant who pilots an AC with a variety of high power weaponry. She likes to put on showy battles, but her AC's limited ammunition stores mean they have to be concluded quickly. She ran away from home to follow in the footsteps of her father who is also a Raven.

Strategy

The only Threat Regina poses is to ACs too slow to dodge her primary weapon. The grenade launcher is devastating but it is the weapon that should be feared, not Regina. Her Piloting skills leave quite a bit to be desired and she is not very swift. Combine that with relatively weak armor and poor accuracy and the battle holds little challenge.

Etymology

The name Echidna refers to a spiny anteater, belonging to the family Tachyglossidae in the monotreme order of egg-laying mammals.

Trivia

• Regina is hinted to be the daughter of the Raven Trooper because of their similarity in emblem and they are partnered in the Extra Arena. Regina's bio also states her father is a Raven and Trooper's bio states his daughter ran away to become a Raven.
• Despite being ranked E-19 in the Arena, the Extra Arena is lists her as a B-ranked Raven.
