This AC is a white bipedal heavyweight AC which is equipped with twin plasma cannon weapon arms along with two identical large rocket launchers on the back, which makes the AC look like the number 11 from above, matching the pilot's rank and obsession with the number. Strategy
Despite the AC's novelty aspect, it is equipped with powerful weapons that can do a lot of damage if the opponent is caught off guard. Best to try avoiding weapon fire, as he can't attack if he has no ammo.
