G. Faust is a Raven working for Vertex in Armored Core: Last Raven.
Information
G. Faust came out of retirement to lend Vertex a hand. His AC is equipped with quite a few outdated parts due to the fact that it has been out of commission recently. For a Raven, he's a bit wary about initiating combat, which doesn't make all that valuable of an asset to Vertex. It's not clear why he came back, but it doesn't really matter one way or the other.
He is encountered in the mission "Shutdown Energy Plant."

Constructed using a variety of older generation parts, this particular AC design has respectable mobility and performs well in close-range battles.
Strategy
G. Faust is encountered in a small area in the mission "Shutdown Energy Plant" as the player makes their way up. Although Panzer Messiah is a rather basic AC design, G. Faust is still dangerous. It is advised particularly to not engage in head to head blading matches, as his laser blade is extremely fast and will negate any advantage that the player has if they have a stronger blade. Typically it is best to blade him when he is fact away. His other weapons, unguided rockets and an assault rifle are not too dangerous. A good setup would be a middleweight AC with good mobility with a long or powerful blade and a close range weapon, like a shotgun or machine gun.
