Many portions of this area were damaged in a series of earthquakes a few years back. It has been deserted since and access is strictly prohibited, even now.
However, someone seems to be ignoring this fact as there are signs of activity everywhere. We don't know what might be going on, but whatever it is, it stops now.
The intruders are in Sector 513 as we speak, get over there as quickly as possible and make sure none of them leave.
