D-C301-P Unit
D-C301-P is the unofficial fan name for a Controller pillar turret that appears in Armored Core 3.
Overview[]
The D-C301-P is an unmanned pillar weapon that is larger than an AC. Its only form of firepower comes from the laser turrets covering its center. The units normally remains hidden within the architecture of the Layered Hub, emerging to destroy intruders. Though easy enough to dispatch, these units often reveal themselves in very large numbers making them dangerous. This is further supported by the fact that they jam all forms of enemy lock-on capabilities.
