Strategy[]
He will only pose a challenge if you face him head-on, with a light AC and attempt to damage race him. Otherwise, he is a sitting duck target with just adequate firepower. His machine gun is his calling card, but if you're able to outclass him in this aspect, you should not have trouble defeating him.
